Yesterday was update-day and for the first time ever my main machine didn’t play the startup sound. It turned out that its too old and doesn’t qualify for macOS Sierra anymore. Which is a bummer since the MacBook Pro still works well. I guess I’m still fine as long as my main apps support El Capitan. Though bugging me, it is. Luckily my lesser used, and way less portable iMac though was able to update.
